Rules and Regulations

M. Unethical opinions and discussions are prohibited.
N. Contents or actions that may offend minors are prohibited.
2. Repeated inputs from same IP addresses will be determined as inappropriate behavior and will result in access limitations to that IP address.
3. Repeated inputs of same or similar posts by one user will be determined as spam and shall be denied access.
